Junk Food or Fast Food:
There are many things that can get you fat or sick one of those things that can get you fat or sick for eating it a lot is Junk food. If you eat a lot of junk food you can get a lot of things because junk food doesn’t have the things or nutrition that you need, but now everybody buys/eat junk food. Junk food are not the type of food that you need for your body because there not good for your body and they don’t help you in nothing. Junk food makes you miserable and effects your body.
There are some surprising things about Junk food, “cookies, potato chips, sugary sodas, and high-fat burgers and fries not only pack on pounds, that can cause physical symptoms and conditions that make you look and feel like, well, crap”. If you are a fan of diet soda, which almost everybody is, it can make matters even worse. The combination of bubbles which trap air and artificial sweeteners which can cause gas is bloat central. Fiber moves everything through the body. Dehydration can make constipation worse as well, Foods high in saturated fat take longer to digest, stomach acid can splash back into your esophagus the next time you eat, causing heartburn. (Sugar and starches can cause insulin to spike and then drop, which affects brain chemicals and may exacerbate mood wings). The author said that “Coffee are one of the worst things you can indulge in when your hormones, conbination of sugar and the simulant effect of caffeine”. People who eat a lot of junk food are more likely experience depression. (Elizabeth Goodman, 2013).
Fast food or junk food are high in fat, (sodium and sugar, can lead to obesity and range of attendante health problems, including diabetes, heart disease and arthritis). The website said that “Junk food can also affect your energy levels, doesn’t contain the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy, you may feel chronically fatigued and lack the energy you need to complete daily task”. Junk food can cause high blood pressure or hypertension. Excessive dietary sodium has a negative effect. (High levels of sugar, simple carbohydrates can lead to type 2 diabetes). Eating to much sugar puts your metabolism under stress. (Fitday.com,2013).
The author said that, “now people puts more money in things like bags of cookies, chips and frozen dinners than into anything from the dairy”. One of the things that the author said is that, “Peanut butter has so much added sugar that you’re better off buying the regular stuff”. “If you want to get away from boxed rice mixes, keep brown and wild rice on hand, as well as quinoa, plus dried herbs and spices, and when you go buy food take the kids so they can pick out healthy foods they want to eat”.
